The Luciana Matalon Foundation is pleased to host the talk ‘Kaizen and the finalism of management processes in Japan’, the fourth in a cycle of workshops and talks on Japanese language and culture organised by Prof. Paolo Cacciato, President of the Asian Studies Group and representative of the Matalon Foundation Scientific Committee.
The meeting, aimed at students and enthusiasts of the subject, will focus on the linguistic and socio-cultural foundations of Japanese culture, providing methodological indications for an in-depth study and its correct application.
BIO
Paolo Cacciato is a contract professor for the course “International Strategies” at LUM Giuseppe Degennaro University in Casamassima (BA) and a lecturer in marketing strategy for East Asian markets in master’s programs on SME internationalization at the New Institute for International Business in Milan.
In October 2006, after numerous study trips, research programs, and internship opportunities for qualified professionals, he founded the Asian Studies Group, a multidisciplinary association focused on East Asian languages. As part of this project, he launched a special editorial workshop called Asian Studies Group Publishing, serving as head of the commission for developing educational content.
In 2008, he opened his own professional studio in central Milan, starting his career as a consultant specializing in marketing and communication for Japan, China, and Korea. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Scientific Committee of the Matalon Foundation.
